Patrick's heating and air
 

Has any one used Patrick's heating and air and or had a Daikin Air conditioner installed.

This company has 187 complaints with the BBB within the past 3 years. Have you read these complaints? But I would like to know why you would want to do business with a company located in Ocala to install a Daikin HVAC system that is rarely used in The Villages. There are several excellent HVAC companies in The Villages who install Carrier or Trane systems, and who can provide very good warranty and repair service. Munn's and Sunshine are two of them. I don't get it.

Had a Daikin unit installed by Patricks several years ago. No problems, and they do a checkup around Earth Day in April for $22. Always smart to get competing quotes, however.

Great in an emergency
 

We came home to a 90 degree villa on Thursday afternoon. Patricks was the only company that was available for quick service. They came at 930 and fixed my problem. So far so good. The company on my air unit wasn't available until next Thursday. They seam to be loyal to their customers. I guess they don't need me?
