UCard "Healthy Benefits" Site not working for me

I have been trying for several days to access the HealthyBenefits site so I can use the credit on my UCard and it's not opening up for me.

Anybody else having problems with this?

I use it

Just placed an order this morning. I have the App. Didn't have any problems.

I had no problem accessing the store using my phone and the app. Only have $.04 balance so did not place an order.

Maybe try turning off/on whatever you are using to access their website. Clear the cache, etc. Sounds like you have an issue with your equipment. Good luck!

You can use the card at many stores such as Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc.

And the prices are usually cheaper in the stores.

Go to Walmart and use the scanner function in the app. It is frustrating that if you buy a generic product like contact lens solution it’s not covered, but if you buy the Bouch it is. really need to update their catalogue paying twice as much for items than you should.

I used mine to pay for contact lens solution at Sam's Club. Much cheaper than buying Biotrue in the catalog. The catalog charges $15.99 for two 10 oz bottles. Sam's charges about $12 for three 16 oz bottles.

Thanks, everyone. As far as just using it in Walmart, I tried that a year or so ago and it didn't work at all, but I think it's worth giving it another shot. Yeah, I agree, the online prices are a joke.

There may be two separate accounts on the card. One is for general items like groceries and the other account is for health products like aspirin, bandages, etc.

How is uCard used in a store to pay for an item? Do cash register clerks know how to scan it on your cellphone?

Try using the UHC app instead to get to the store and bar code. Also all the clerks are aware of how to use because so many people use it.

Make sure you're using the actual UCard. (Says UCard in the upper-right corner. I use it for groceries at Wal-Mart regularly, until it runs out of cash. At checkouts, just use the UCard like you would any other credit/Debit card. It'll pay for everything that's "legal" or until the card reaches zero. Then it gives you the remaining balance to pay as you wish.

For some reason it no longer works for me on my computer. I’ve cleaned up the catche and cookies, etc but no luck. I access from my phone or iPad now.

When I go to Walmart I go to the self checkout and ring up the items. I then take out the UHC card and scan the barcode on the card. If the item is covered, the card pays for it.

For example, if I only have $20 of OTC money on the card and I buy $10 of items that are covered and $8 of items that aren’t, the register will show $10 paid from the UHC card and I have to take out my credit card for the remaining $8.

Try opening a new Incognito window and logging in from there. I have seen that fix some weird browser symptoms before.
