I just was notified that there is a new temporary phone number for Nova Filters due to a service provider issue. The number is 352-399-1695. They are working to resolve the issue.

You can also get in contact with them via email at novasales420@gmail.com

I hope this helps if you have been trying to contact them like I have.

Just heard this from a friend. Apparently Google business accounts are being blocked all over the US due to AI issues that flagged business accounts
