Webcams at the squares
 

What has happened to all the webcams at each square? Cannot find them on Utube. Also, cannot get on the Villages Homefinder page to look for homes available.

1. Pet peeve. It's YouTube, not Utube. It's only 2 more letters, not a hardship to type it out.
2. A simple search for "Villages Homefinder" came up with their website on the very top of the list, and it's pretty much what you'd expect it to be:

3. Clicking around on thevillages.com took me 18 seconds to find the livecam for Sumter Landing. I was already at the homefinder page, clicked on the "V" in the upper left to bring me to the Villages home page. Then clicked on lifestyle, then entertainment, then town squares, then sumter landing, and the YouTube livestream link was right there in the middle of the page. You could do it even quicker by typing "the villages town square webcam" in a google search and clicking on the very first entry: Live Web Cameras. Live Web Cameras in The Villages

Spanish Springs East Entrance, Brownwood South Entrance, Lake Sumter Landing Market Square cameras are no longer working. Lake Sumter Gazebo, Brownwood Northeast, Brownwood Paddock, Spanish Springs Town Square, Sawgrass are working.

It has not always been coming up on the villages app but it does provide the link to Utube and it works fine.

^ Concur. That's what mine are showing also. I view them here: The Villages. I figure they're not on because the black helicopters are looking for Epstein.

Somebody in this thread’s cutesy username doesn’t match their attitude very much.

I noticed yesterday that they’re missing from The Villages YouTube channel suddenly. They used to be the first row of videos when I opened this channel on my television, but suddenly they’re completely gone from their channel.

I can still see them in the Villages app on my iPhone, but opening on YouTube on my big screen television was a nice way to watch them. I don’t ever watch them on my MacBook.

I love compassion demonstrated on this forum. So heartwarming 😂

I'm guessing the algorithm changed. If you watch a specific video consistently with a routine (like, every day between 4-5pm for at least 5 minutes), it'll prioritize itself near the top.

If you stop watching it for a couple of weeks and start watching other things on YouTube, those other things will climb up the priority list.

It's based on your viewing habits. One exception is with sponsored, monetized videos. Those will rise and fall depending on how much money they're earning for themselves and for YouTube AND your viewing habits.

If you "like" and "subscribe" and "comment" (if comments are available) then you should still have easy access to any that are available to you. Cameras that are out of service will eventually drop off completely.

As of last night all the web cams were working.
