Sad News About Jymie Charles

I did a search and found that this news hasn't been discussed here.

In trying to find out whether Jymie Charles, who used to sing regularly with the Lenny Wilson Trio, was still performing, I found that he had died around Christmas in 2010. That was really sad news for me. He was as good a male singer of the standards that I've ever heard, and that includes some awfully big names.

Condolences to Jymie Charles family and prayers for him.

Here's a link to his obituary.

I never heard of Jymie Charles so I looked on YouTube to see if I could find a recording. I did and did enjoy listening to him. Thanks! Here is the link where you can listen and you'll also find another recorded at Lake Sumter Landing if you click YouTube at the lower right corner of the video.

The Villages Daily Sun had an article about his passing if I am not mistaken.
