I go to the blood draw center right south of LSL. It is called the Villages Blood center or something close. I have been happy with them.

You can go to Quest Diagnostics located in Southern Trace Plaza. They have several other locations, but that would probably be the closest one to where you live.

There is a Quest Lab in the center right behind the CVS on 466

I'm sure you've found a clinic by now. I also live near Southern Trace.

I have INR levels checked regularly. I'm Canadian and therefore a "self pay". The Buffalo Ridge Lab charges $11, draws blood from your arm, and sends it to The Villages Hospital Lab for testing. Results are available in 24 to 48 hours.

Paramount Urgent Care at Santa Fe charges $25. They use a finger prick and results are instantly available. So far I've used Paramount.

Villages Hospital has an outpatient lab - go to registration with your order and they will direct you to the lab.

Quest Labs in the Buffalo Ridge plaza would be close for you! It is professional and clean. I've also used Lab Corp before my insurance changed...it's quick and easy. It's on 466 in the Santa Fe Crossing strip across from the new villa's addition.
