Playing Partner
 

A new Villager calls up one of the executive courses and asks if a tee time is available that afternoon. The club pro answers that there is an opening at 2PM.

The Villager heads to the course. He learns that his playing partner is a course regular, around age 70, who's normal partner is ill.

The two go out to the first tee. The Villager asks his partner if he can see the ball. His partner replies that he was once a fighter pilot and has 20/20 vision.

The Villager gets the honors and tees off. He asks his partner if he saw the shot; his partner answers he saw it perfectly.

"So where did it go?"

"I don't remember."
