The Villages Survey
 
I started taking the survey today and find that I keep getting an error message and can not continue. Server issues?

This survey is going to be useless if one can't take it. Anybody else having these issues?

Why should I call Eva Rey? It is not something I am interested in, it is their tool and it is a flawed tool. The repetitious error problem is a system problem, not a server problem, in my estimation, eventually it would accept a response, but I finally got to one page and it would take nothing. I tried different answers, etc. I quit it at that point. I have always thought that The Villages were second to none in anything to do with media and marketing, but this tool is not up to their usual standard. The questions and options were poorly worded and the program logic was unlike I have ever seen in a like survey. Perhaps they need to go back to the drawing board and try again?

Why not discuss it with them?

I too kept getting error messages. I just assumed it was because too many people accessing it at the same time. I'll probably try again after midnight.
