Advanced Const. and Remodeling
 

Has anyone used this contractor for spas, summer kitchens or glass lanai enclosures or otherwise. I am looking for any pro's or con's on them. Thanks for your help.

You can do a search on "Advanced Construction" to find one poster's experience with them. Someone suggested calling The Villages' warranty department and getting recommendations for contractors. That sounds like a good idea.
