Presbyterian Church
I am strongly considering moving to The Villages and was wondering if anyone knows of any Presbyterian Churches in the area.
Thanks, Stell  |
We attend New Covenant Methodist, but many people like North Lake Presbyterian. Here is their Web Site:

Church of our future selves!
Hello, we own a home in The Villages but cannot move yet. We had the chance to visit the Presbyterian Church listed in the last link for Christmas Eve services. It was wonder-filled. The church is much bigger than our church here in Ohio but it felt like a place to be connected to God and others. We have been using the internet to hear weekly sermons and still believe this is the church we will join when we move to The Villages. Give it a try.

North lake has a wonderful choir and musical director if you are into praise music. its actually a symphony...during certain times of the year...its incredible acoustics in that church and alot of wonderful ministrys..unfortunately we dont live very close to it..its on the other side of the villages ..lady lake area ..near spanish springs...but north lake presb. is great.

Northlake Presbyterian Church is on Rolling Acres Road. Hubby and I are members since 2009. We love it there. We have a fantastic music program. I joined a ladies circle and enjoy being part of that. We have 3 services-one is comtemporary with praise music. The other 2 are traditional. We have an active childrens program too. We are very involved with the local community and worldwide charities. We are under construction because we need to enlarge. The local meals on wheels is located in our church and we needed a larger kitchen as well as other facility needs. We are a very large congregation but friendly. Come check us out.

hi thanks for writing back. we love the church. our problem is we only have a golf cart at our disposal rite now. no car. so we live in the sumter landing area of the villages near walmart on that side of town..and its difficult for us to get over to that church. otherwise we would be there all the time. if anyone is in our area, lynnhaven village that worships at north lake..please give them our number and ask them to pray about .at least for the christmas services (which we so loved) if they would open their hearts and their -car- lol for two hitchhikers....THANK YOU SO MUCH. blessings marlene and arnie meltzer
