Dentists in the Villages
I am looking for a dentist in The Villages, preferably. I am also looking into a dental plan by CIGNA. The following dentists particpant in the plan: Demetrick Lecorn; Robert Ford; Manfred Buechele; Reynaldo Gonzalez. Has anyone had experience with one of these dentists, good or bad? I have heard good things about Kathleen Williams. She is not a particpant in any dental plans. But, if she is the best around, then, I will forget about a dental plan.

Dr. Decorn is an outstanding endodontist for painless root canals.

I meant Lecorn.

Thanks. Right now I am just looking for a general dentist, ie cleaning, exam, etc. Hopefully, I won't need a root canal any time soon.

Do you have an address/phone number?
Thanks. |
Dr. Kathleen Williams is one doctor that I've recommended to numerous friends, and every single one has made a point of calling me to specifically thank me for the recommendation. We think she's fantastic, as is her entire office staff.

Ford is an orthodontist so unless you need braces, you can cross him off your list.

This is what Google shows:
Dr. Demetrick W. Lecorn, DMD 2130 Southwest 22nd Place #101 Ocala, FL 34471 (352) 291-9360 |
I also have Cigna and I go to Serenity Dentistry Spa. My visits have been great. Dr Maria Luong and staff are very caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office is located in Spanish Spring Town Square (352-350-1933).

I also highly recommend Serenistry Dental Spa. Dr. Luong is very gentle and thorough. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. She has a very relaxing office.

We also use Dr. Williams and are very pleased so far. As to your dental plan I suggest you look at the plan carefully to see if you are really getting anything of value. Do the math based on your reasonable expectation of care needed then compare that will just banking the premium. I found that since most plans don't cover anything more than about $2000 of medical costs and the premium can be as much as $800 for this coverage that I was better off saving my premiums for a year or so and self insure.
