We purchased a manufactured home in the older section and would like to add a Florida Room. Has anyone done this from scratch? Who would you recomend and any idea on cost. Thanks in advance. Soon to be frogs.

you are sure to get lots of suggestions for contractors in response to your question...but may i suggest...before you contract with anyone call cook aluminum/thumper's retractable garage screen doors, 352 342 7809.

we are using them to replace old plastic windows with new acrylic sliders on our lanai and they had the best price and service around! am sure they are more than price competitive with bigger projects. don't forget to ask about a cash discount.

you will need various approvals/permits - they do the legwork for you.
