Classless or tough talker ?
 
I was not impressed with the President of the United States inviting Rep. Paul Ryan to his address on the budget to sit in the front row and then calling his proposal immoral and insinuating that Ryan was also because of his beliefs.

My opinion....not tough...weak and classless
