New construction north of polo fields?
 

Just north of the Polo fields and south of the villas there are many red staked flags in the vacant field. I think the area is called the Harold S Schwartz Wildlife preserve. What's happening there? Hard to believe these flags all belong to owl nests or turtle homes.
