We Finally Made It!
 
After many visits we have finally closed on a CYV this morning. We will be visiting monthly untill Art retires next year. I used a lot of the valuable information from this forum. I wanted to thank Barefoot for giving us the name of Debra Park from The Villages Realty. Five years ago we did a LSP and fell in love with TV, we didn't feel the love from the representative that TV had assigned to us. We were amazed how smooth everything went today and Debra Park was so helpful. We picked up our lamp post sign this evening from Spanish Springs and we used F.E.Webb that advertises on TOTV. We are so happy to be here. I am hoping a smooth transition when we are here full time.

Seriously, I get so excited reading posts like yours. It just makes me more determined to get our house ready to sell so we can post "we bought our lamp post"!!

Good for you! I also want a CYV. My husband is retired and I am just waiting for the house to sell. Just put it up last month. Michigan is a beautiful State. We have vacationed there. But my best vacation was in TV !:BigApplause:

Wish you both many years of happiness. We ordered our golf cart Monday evening . . So does this make us official? We are almost there.The sales rep is sending us weekly photo's. :MOJE_whot::ho: :welcome:
