A/C Furnace yearly service
 
We are fairly new to villages, moved in last november.
Never had a "furnace" in South Florida - were told we should have serviced once a year by a professional. I change filter monthly and poured solution in drain lines like supposed to.
Any suggestion for company to have annual service done and approx. cost??

Chuck Farrell 516-0192 or 753-9497 just did our yearly and it was $55.
