We need new wills. Can anyone recommend a local lawyer to do that?

We have used, and recommend, Mary F. Trotter on Hwy 441 across from Bealls in (I think) Oakland Hills Plaze. It is 13940 US 441, Suite 210 and her office number is 352-205-7245. She is a certified Elder Law attorney and we found her very helpful.

We also used Mary Trotter for wills and trusts. Very knowledgeable and thorough.

WE used Susan Sullivan on 466 in Oxford. 352-689-0045. Very nice, looked over existing Wills made a few recomendations and didn't take us to the cleaners.

Tom Reed in Lady Lake does a good job at reasonable rates. He lives in The Villages. I would avoid McLin & Burnsed - high rates and very slow service.

Mary Trotter quoted me $1,200 for a Trust 3-1/2 yrs. ago. Went to Eric Millhorn, The Millhorn Law Firm on Hway #441 and got one for $725. Documents included were: 1 Living Trust & 2 Wills; 2 Durable POA's; 2 Living Wills; 1 Trust Deed as well as Recording/processing of the Deed. 352-753-9333.
