Starting new shopping center???
 

I just noticed on 466A just east of Buena Vista that they moved in a construction trailor and there are some stakes in the ground with orange streamers. Could be that construction is beginning.

Isn't Turtle Mound Executive golf course east of Buena Vista??

I'm talking on the north side of 466A just past (East) of the tunnel going under 466A. That large lot I heard was suppose to be a shopping center. I've been waiting for some sign of development there.

I thought that site is planned for professional offices (?). The new shopping center with the Sweetbay will be west of Buena Vista, on the south side of 466A near the library/county service center.

I'd swear there was a thread (or at least a few posts) fairly recently saying a multi-floor assisted living facility was going to be built there (north side of 466A just east of Buena Vista)............but I can't find the thread!!! :Screen_of_Death:

My salesman confirmed they are building an assisted living facility.

If you still have last weeks Daily Sun newspapers, there was a front page article and artist rendering of the new assisted living facility that is being built on CR466A. Unfortunately, I can't remember which day it appeared in the paper.

Thanks, I was out of town last week. I'll see if the wife saved the papers.
