Publix used to offer discounts on food at Crispers on the back of their checkout bills. I hope that Health Food Concepts keeps the Crispers Restaurant in Southern Trace Plaza open. I love their healthy choices and outdoor patio.

Not to mention the Crispers monthly TOTV lunch!

The article does state: "Crispers as a stand-alone business and will retain the management and associates of the restaurants".


I hoping this statement in the article will mean they will keep everything the same including TOTV luncheon. :)

Looks like a former CEO of Crispers was arrested for theft.

The new Crispers owner, Healthy Food Concepts, is in turn owned by Boyne Capital Parterners, LLC of Miami. Boyne was established in 2006.

Speaking of Crispers at Southern Trace, did they ever fix the tunnel under CR 101? I'm in exile in Canada, so TOTV is the way I keep in touch with the goings on in The Bubble.
