Great news!! We accepted an offer on our home today after some challenging negotiations.

The next step is a home inspection followed by a bank appraisal. I expect that both will go well.

That is great news! Congratulations and best wishes on closing. When do you close? When do you get to move to TV??

Thank you! We are scheduled to close on July 29 and my wife, Floss, retires on July 28. Our wedding anniversary is July 30 and if all goes as planned, we'll plan spending the month of August in TV.
