Iphone question
 

I am wondering if there is a plan that gives a good rate for calling to and from Canada so that I can use the same phone and number from either location. I was thinking that I could the eliminate a GPS in either place and just use the iphone. Anyone know if that is possible and is it expensive on a month to month basis.
