WOW!! Gracie would love this house as she loves to look at beautiful homes, This house might be big enough to fit all members of TOTV in it. What a house. You could have a guest and not see them for several days. :)

When I just checked the MLS listing for her home, it said 'pending'.
But I haven't read anything 'official' from Gracie.

Being the nice person she is, she probably doesn't want to get our hopes up for her until it is official! Good luck Gracie!
