Help! Missing Screen Header
Not sure how to describe this, but here goes.
On my other laptop, when I open Windows Explorer, the screen does not display the top couple of lines - Website name and Min/Max/Close Buttons, Back/Forward Button and Website address and Tool Bar. Also, the Task Bar at the bottom of the screen is missing. So I'm stuck in that website - I have to go to Task Manager to close it and the only websites I can access are the ones on my desktop. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what is causing this. I have rebooted and I did run a Norton 360 scan, but it didn't find anything wrong. I'd appreciate any help. |
If all else fails you might try a "system restore". Lots of times this fixes problems. Choose a restore point that is BEFORE the date you noticed the issue.

Just a guess.....
Maybe you have somehow gotten the browser in full screen mode??? If it is in full screen , then going to the top of screen should show web site you are on.
Hitting F11 should toggle between full screen and normal. |
babspadget gave you the correct advice. Good luck!
