To share some humor to the selling process. I was wondering what was the weirdest excuse someone came up with, to not purchase or make an offer on your home?

My next door neighbor received an offer on her condo that she accepted, and the week before the closing, the new owner cancelled the closing with the reason being, "I didn't realize there wasn't a dog park".

HuH?
