Workout Place
 
We are new to TV and have not joined any of the gyms. We have a friend visiting next week who has been on a diet and doing a daily workout on treadmill, etc. Is there any place he can go near the Palo Alto area and do his workout as a guest? Thanks for info.

There are facilities at Laurel Manor, Mulberry, Colony COttage and Seabreeze Regional Rec Centers. $5 daily....
