Outside Realtor Recommendation
 

We will be down in TV for the month of July to look for our "LAST RESORT". So excited...love, love, love TV (our third visit in a year and hopefully last VISIT to TV). Thanks to all of you we feel well informed. We have a Villages realtor, checked out FSBO and have decided to get and outside TV realtor. Any recommendations? We want to look at as many homes as possible! Your comments/recommendations as always will be greatly appreciated. Enjoy the day!!!!

I used the ERA/Tom Grizzard office on Hwy 441. Knowledgable people and very helpful. The agent was Mike Herman.

There is also a REMAX/Tom Heller office that is good as well as Realty Executives.

I highly recommend you look outside TV realtors and look at everything while you are down here. We used Tom Grizzard as well and were most pleased with our realtor, LaVae Dierker. I beleive the outside TV realtors are better informed and can be more objective with home sales/resales. We also used Tom Grizzard for our Prperty manangement services while we rented, and we ALWAYS had our place rented until we moved here for good.
