Talk of The Villages Florida - Some helpful information

I just wanted to share with you guys some good experiences we had on our last visit to our home. The following contractors performed excellent work for us and it may be helpful info for others.
A) It was time for our new home 1 year inspection and thru TOTV's we used J.R. Raspel. He was a fountain of information and found flaws that we weren't aware of and he then scheduled all the follow up work thru the Village Rep. and all the repair work was completed in a timely fashion. Pleasant demeanor with a wealth of experience.
B) We had window tinting done in the whole house by IES another TOTV recommendation and found their work to be excellent. Very professional and timely. We can't wait to start reaping the energy savings from this process.
C) The last project was landscaping of the front yard. Once again TOTV came thru with an excellent referral in McGowan Landscaping. A very smooth process from the initial phone call to Sabrina until the job completion. As we are part-timers we were able to start the process over the phone with pictures being sent by email for our O.K. When we arrived the start date had already been set and we confirmed the plan with some small modifications. They were there on time and worked non-stop to complete our yard in one day. They took a dumpy landscaping job and turned it into something we are thrilled with. At the end of the job Patrick told us that they had estimated too much material and took $500 off the bill!!!!!!!!:BigApplause:
