Lot in Sanibel 2
 

We are so excited! :2excited:

On our visit to TV last week, we picked a lot in Sanibel 2. Construction of our home in Lower Paradise should start by the end of July.

We are looking forward to moving to the Village of Sanibel and can't wait to meet our new neighbors.

Congrats. How did the area look? We are going to be building in Sanibel.

There was a lot of dirt and a lot of construction. The majority of construction was in the Sanibel 1 section. I'm sorry that we did not take pictures of the area.

Congrats on your purcase! Add yet another Sanibellian to our growing list! My GaPeach and I are in Sanibel 1 on Baker Ln. It is amazing to watch a neighborhood come to life. We will be down next week to check out the building of our house. We are to close on August 26! See you around the neighborhood, and as we say in Georgia, Y'all come visit, ya heah!

I told a few Villagers that I've encountered in the past couple of days that the first house(s) in Sanibel will be ready to close by the end of August. One lady didn't even know that construction was going on in Sanibel. I suggested to her that she start reading TOTV. Good luck to all you future residents of Sanibel!

Welcome neighbor! We are on Alee Lane, Sanibel 1! Sure appears that our neighborhoods are filling in nicely! You'll beat us into your house as we won't start till Oct! :a040::a040::a040::welcome:

We too bought a lot in Sanibel 1. Lot 13. I know one couple that will close on 8/27 and their pad was just poured last week. Other homes look almost complete so I expect we will see people living their in a couple weeks. The neighborhood pool is ready.

We have an appointment with design on the 13th and hope to be in our house be late Sept or early Oct.
