Comcast for Tee Time reservations
 

Our dream is finally coming true! We just sold our house and we'll be closing Monday and moving permanently to TV the next Monday. Newbie question...do you need to subscribe to Comcast internet service to get the tee time reservation system or can you have another internet provider and just spend the $8.00 for the Comcast tee time service. Sorry if this has been answered before or if it a silly question. Thanks for your help, we are sooo excited to be Villagers full-time.

You don't need to have comcast for internet. Whatever IP you have, you can use that to get tee times online, or of course you can use the telephone for free. You just sign up, pay your $8.00 a month and you're all set.

As Mudder said, you don't specifically need Comcast internet, any internet access will do.

Also, you pay the $8 per month to TheVillages.Net which is located on Canal Street in Lake Sumter Landing near Urban Flats. You will need to visit their office to sign up. The tee time reservation system is provided by them, not Comcast.

With the light summer crowd it's no problem getting out there. Just call the course you want to play directly.
