Has anyone applied for a deed restriction variance?
 

I am curious if anyone has applied for a deed restriction variance in the villages. We currently own a commercial property site and have had quite a bit of interest from entities which all appear to be restricted per our deed. i.e. medical offices, bakeries, finance institutions, etc.
Has anyone dealt with this matter before and if so how?
