Hello Everybody,
I have a question for TOTV members. Is there a place that I can talk to fellow homeowners in the neighborhood that I bought my Villa. I would like to learn and share situation that will come up in our neighborhood. ex. (Yard maintence, electric bill, water bill) Thanks! :thumbup:

I'm not sure I understand what you are wanting, but you can always post your questions or concerns here, it doesn't matter if they are specific to one neighborhood or another.

You can also use the 'search' tool above, to see if there are topics that have been discussed already that might address what you are interested to know. Try typing 'Nuts and Bolts' in the search box.

If you are here 'on campus' (Thank you Gracie, great way to put it!) you will find there are any number of neighbors out and about who will do the best they can to answer your questions, or steer you in a helpful direction.

Welcome to the neighborhood! As Uptown Girl said you can do a search and find the answers to all your questions and then some. When I was looking for specific services - lawncare, pest control, gutters, landscaping and a handyman - I found a wealth of information on TOTV. Everyone I have contracted with has been through references on TOTV and I have yet to be disappointed. Good luck and congratulations!

in addition to the wonderful resources here on totv, we are cyber in nature. you might want to go to the pool and/or rec center closest to your villa to find more personal resources! either way - you'll find lots of folks to stay in touch with!

and by all means - stop by the totv monthly luncheon gathering at crispers in the southern trace shopping center where cyber personalities convert to flesh and bones!
