Rome Mom and Pop Restaurant
 

This is a photo of our favorite dish at our local "Mom and Pop" restaurant across the street from our Apartment in Rome. Everything is fresh and it is made with clams, mussels, calamari, octopus, shrimp and at least 3 different fish. Thin red sauce and fantastic toasted local bread. Wash it down with the 6 Euro a bottle house red wine and your done.

Any travellers to Rome, PM me for the address, you won't be sorry.

Jackz..Have you heard of "Santopadre's" restaurant in Rome?:mmmm:

I had not but just googled it and it looks like a place I might want to visit.

Problem with Rome, so many good restaurants and so little time. Also, a real challenge keeping ones weight in check with all the temptations.

Looks like a Mrs. Bruni meal!!!!
