I hope you enjoy the St James community as much as we do. We have been here now for one month and every day we wake up feeling like we are in paradise. We are on Ashville Ave and love, love, love it! Best decision we ever made!

Having furniture delivered prior to you getting to TV is going to make it that much more special when you walk through the door. We furnished after we purchased and for the first several days I had just one chair to sit on.

Hi neighbor - we are right down the street from you on Lot #8. Arriving in TV on August 10th. We will be renting in Duval while the house is being built. All furniture sold with our house so I will need to go furniture shopping right away or we will be sitting on our beach chairs in the LR and sleeping on an aero bed. Actually sounds like fun as long as we are in our new home. Linda & Kevin

Mary was down about 2 weeks ago to receive our furniture and household "stuff". We should be there around the 30th of August. Ken and Barb are between us on lot 7. Looking forward to meeting you guys and getting down there!

laryb, Sounds good to us! We'll have to get together after we arrive. We plan on arriving around Sept. 1st, jor earlier...... PS Do people "giggle" when you tell them you are Lary and Mary? They do with us!
