How many sections in Sanibel? Will they be opening another anytime soon?

I believe that the 3rd designer section opened about a month ago right at the clubhouse. They are opening a premier section soon across the fairways from the designers.

Scroll down to the last page of this link which shows there will be 5 "unit" sections and 3 villa sections in Sanibel. The next Village, Charlotte, will be larger with 7 "units" and 3 villa sections.
