Build-Out Date Extended
 
At the meeting Monday August 22 the Wildwood City Commissioners learned the The Villages has decided to take part in a four-year extension option for The Villages of Wildwood Development of Reginal Impact offered through the 2011 growth management legislation.
The new extended build-out date for the Village of Wildwood DRI is December 21, 2018.

Probably not, since this is an extension of an existing agreement.
