Over the past year, we have browsing this forum for information on any topic we could in preparation for our eventual move to TV. A month ago we decided to make the move sooner than anticipated and now have a contract on a resale. The information from all of you, has been invaluable. I'm sure we will continue to learn more as our moving date arrives. Thanks so much!!

You're welcome. I think you are already ahead of the game with a resale. Boy there are some bargains out there. And guess what? This place is so big and always growing so you learn more everyday. You can live here many years and still not have seen all the rec. centers, bars/restaurants, new Villages, pools, clubs etc. Enjoy and congratulations.

Congrats! Be sure to get info on when fees, taxes, etc. are due. We are "gonnabees", but noticed that once we move down, we have to file for the homestead exemption between Jan and March, or you have to wait until the following year. That certainly can effect your property taxes.
