Use of Multi Modal Cart Paths.

Much has been written here about cart paths, golf carts, LSV's, etc., as it pertains to multi modal cart paths and the subject of rules and enforcement. It has resulted a lot of information and misinformation.

I contacted District Administration because of my concerns and need for clarification. I received a prompt reply informing me a Modal Path Work Group has been appointed and the Districts’ Legal Counsel has prepared a "Multi-Modal Path Memorandum which reviewed the forms of transportation allowed on the paths, traffic control measures that can be imposed, enforcement and possible solutions".

The Multi Modal Path Memorandum is a five page document which leaves a lot of questions unanswered but is a step towards developing a solution.

Personally, I am pleased with the Districts' involvement and its actions to date.

I doubt it John. I would be willing to try to PM it to you. Not sure I can send a document that large via PM. Let me know.
