Constituents told to go "straight to h*ll"

While I'm sure many people cheered U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters for saying the Tea Party can go straight to hell, what kind of a message does that send for ALL the CONSTITUENTS in her district???

She and all the elected officials are duty-bound to represent and serve ALL constituents in her district. With the high, high unemployment rate there in her district, why is it okay for the elected U.S. Rep. to tell some of her constituents she will do nothing to represent them when they, too, are part of the unemployed ranks she was talking about??

I read that her district is only 10% white, with 34% black and 47% Hispanic.

Maxine Waters: ‘Tea Party Can Go Straight to Hell’

By Fred Lucas
(CNSNews.com) – Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) addressing the 12 percent jobless rate in California during a town hall meeting Saturday said “the tea party can go straight to hell.”

She made the comment in Inglewood, Calif. at what was billed as a “Kitchen Table Summit” with constituents, reported the Los Angeles Times and KABC-TV.

“I’m not afraid of anybody,” Waters said. “This is a tough game. You can’t be intimidated. You can't be frightened. And as far as I’m concerned, the tea party can go straight to hell.”

With her at the forum in front of about 1,000 people were two other California Democrats, Reps. Karen Bass and Laura Richardson.

The unemployment rate among African Americans in the area reportedly is 16 percent.

Marco Rubio is a Tea Party Republican. He support Tea Party Republican issues and votes in opposition of all Democrat issues. By his actions, he has told me and all Florida Democrats to go to h-ll.

Speaking of Rep Maxine Waters how is the Ethics Committee doing with the ethical charges leveled against her? judging from what happened o Charlie Rangel Maxine should be elevated to a spot on "said" committee

Once again, Senator Marco Rubio - Florida Tea Party Republican - has not represented me or my fellow Democrats one time in the Senate. Thusly, he has told me to "go to he--".

Nothing different that Maxine Waters has done verbally.

According to ILoveTV, "She (Maxine Waters) and all the elected officials are duty-bound to represent and serve ALL constituents in her district." Well, Marco Rubio is not serving all constituents in his state with his reactionary Teaparty viewpoints.

Boy, I sure am glad that "bug spray button" has stopped the annoying, buzzing gnat that used to buzz around my computer.

Obama has told the American people to go straight to H_LL every day. We will vote him out.
