Timberwood Cabinets
 

Does anyone have any info....good or bad on this company? Was told they were the company that installed the cabinets in our new home. I called them yesterday and spoke with someone and was told someone would call me back. I called today and had to leave a message and again asked to be called back. Still no response at all. I was just wondering if this was business as usual for them or something rare. Should I keep trying or call someone else?

Our dealings with them have been excellent. Had some warranty work done, and crown molding added to the top of cabinets, and they were on time and did excellent work.

Just guessing but if there is something that needs fixed, maybe you should go through the warrenty department. We always got immediate results doing that.

I used Timberwood to install cabinets in my laundry room and they also put knobs on all my cabinets while they were here. They did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them.

We have had them add sliding drawers, glass doors to one of our cabinets, and add an island in the kitchen and they did a great job and were nice to work with. The guy's name was Tim.

They installed the cabinets in our home, also. I had them do some extra work about 4 years ago and had to keep calling, as I kept leaving messages like you did. Wall the warranty dept and they will get hold of them for you

They installed aftermarket light rail and pull-out drawers. Very pleasant to work with. Keep calling.

They installed extra cabinets for us as well as hardware. Great people to work with. Hopefully your message just got misplaced.
