A wonderful new friend
 

Just had the pleasure of meeting our very own "Gracie" girl this afternoon. What a lovely, classy lady. I hope today's visit was the first of many, and a new friendship is forged. Welcome, Gracie to your new home at TV, otherwise known as "Shangrila".... Sandra

I also met Gracie and her family when we came down. She is a gracious lady and very well informed about many things. Tomorrow we are having an open house in Indiana. Hoping that we get an offer. I want to have coffee again with Gracie!
