Michelle Bachmann charged the following regarding mandatory vaccinations for HPV in girls"

"There's a woman who came up crying to me tonight after the debate," Bachmann said after the debate, where she had told Perry on stage that she was "offended" by his decision. "She said her daughter was given that vaccine. She told me her daughter suffered mental retardation as a result of that vaccine." She repeated the story to several news outlets over the next 24 hours and sent a fundraising letter to supporters about the exchange she had with Perry on the debate stage.

When pressed by Fox News' Sean Hannity on his radio program about the story, Bachmann said she had "no idea" if it were true.

Bachmann's story drew criticism members of the medical community along with several conservatives allies, including radio host Rush Limbaugh, who have refused to defend her. Ed Rollins, who advised Bachmann's campaign through the summer, said she should take it back."

Bachmann never checked out the story to see if it is true or false. Bachmann is NOT qualified for public office.

Just like the Congressman who made the claim on the House floor that almost all of Planned Parenthood's business was abortion and, the very next day, his staff issued a memo stating that his comments "Were not intended as a true statement".

That says alot about her, doesn't it? Pander to the audience at any costs. I also wonder that since she says wives need to listen to their hubbies (go to law school-specialize in (don't remember) and run for office)...would her hubby be calling the shots? He is a very scary guy...he thinks you can cure homosexuality. Right. Can you cure heterosexuality?

I hope some day there is/will be a female Democrat candidate for POTUS because I want to see if it is the gender that brings out the cats and snips and disparaging.

I watched some reports on the cure homosexuality thing and that tops the bizarre list for me. It boggles my mind to imagine anyone that is so out of touch with reality to believe that is possible. That center has received $161,000.00 in tax payer dollars to fund it as well. That makes them nuts and crooked. Wake up America.

Exactly, the women will claim she is the best thing since sliced bread unless a fast talking Obama-type comes along to distract them again. They will then throw her under the proverbial bus.

I do think some of you are missing the important point. It is not male or female ,it is what is being said. The statements are stupid,untrue,and lack any substance. Do not try to change the subject.

That didn't stop Obama from being elected. I honestly think that liberals do not want authority delegated to women.

Would Mr. Village Golfer please give some specific examples of what stupid or untrue statements that President Obama said before he was elected our President?
