Where can we read more about this? To me that sounds like mandating that the teacher's pay should be withheld unless his/her students' satisfaction scores a 9/10 out of 10 rating, 100% of the time. What a great way to incentivize hospitals or school faculties.....to quit or be fired (sarcasm intended).

But then, we've seen for awhile that "the inmates are running the asylum".

While I agree that there should be some kind of QA done to be sure that patients are being given the best bang for the buck, some of the stuff is totally patient perception based. A doctor with poor social skills may have been the only guy who could save your life...

and just think that Congress has a lower voter approval. They can all leave too.

Yes, just like in the private sector, performance and pay should be judged by performance. Where is the incentive of so called teachers when they know that no matter how they perform, their union will keep them collecting an undeserved paycheck. They should get reviews like the private sector.
