Villagers Win in Senior Tour Event: Caven’s First; Another One For Fletcher and Galla
 

Dunnellon, FL—Village of Amelia’s Tom Caven recorded his first win on the Senior Amateur Golf Tour of North Central Florida on Monday, Sept. 26 with a 90 in the B Flight, at the Juliette Falls Golf Club, and Ed Fletcher, a Village of Poinciana resident, claimed another Championship Flight victory with a smooth par 72.
Caven carded two birdies and four pars for his win, while Fletcher sank three birdies to offset three bogies to finish at even par.
Placing second in the Championship Flight was Tom Gallagher, of the Village of Largo, with a 78.
