A hearty second for Dr Topiwalla. He turned my diabetis around and keeps close watch over it.

Dr Ernest Mazzafern, Gainsville 352 265 0301 is world renouned for diabetes.

Isn't that an Endocrinologist? Dr.Hamilton Fish in Leesburg is one.

Diabetes is part of what an Endocrinologist does. More specifically the Endo is a physician who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the endocrine system. i.e. Thyroid. I've seen one for Osteopenia which is a lesser form of Osteoporosis.
