Villagegolfer, for once I have to agree with you. As for Perry, I hope that his true colors start to show more and more. Open borders, no immigration enforcement and he was for the Texas Transcorridor for a long time, before he was against it. If you don't know what that the TTC is, google it. Would have divided the US right now the middle, taking lots of private property. There for awhile, we thought there was going to be armed conflict in Texas over this proposal. It is part of the American Union deal of moving goods from Mexico to Canada.

Wright did not run for president. Perry should be stripped of his governorship immediately, but then again, that name is no big deal to a lot of folks.

He should be impeached now? Whatever it is you're taking, you should stop and get another opinion on the dosage. Seriously.

If there is any impeachment to do it is Obama's Fast and Furious watergate serious crimes. Obama is responsible for people dying. They sold guns and automatic weapons that were used against us and have murdered around 200 people. Shameless.

Villagegolfer, show me one automatic weapon that was transferred in The F&F deal by a border gun dealer? Do you have any idea how much paper work is involved in purchasing a fully automatic weapon? Look it up. If fully automatic weapons were transferred they were transferred by the Federal Government. A little knowledge about the purchase of a fully automatic weapon; it must have been registered prior to 1986, that is why they are so costly. You do know that there is a difference between a semi-auto rifle and a fully automatic rifle, right? Do you know what makes a rifle an "Assualt Rifle?"

I will be willing to bet a cold one that you don't know what "AR" stands for in the AR 15 rifle made by Colt.

So that you don't have to look it up here is the answer: AR stands for Armalite the original designer of the AR15 renamed the M16 by the Military.

Perry knew the rock with the name painted on it was still on his property. Best idea would have been to jackhammer the rock and the situation never would have gone no further.

Paint it completely out and turn the rock over if you don't want to destroy the rock.

When a person is a national figure, every bit of mud will come and bite you in the butt - even if it a non-issue like this. If Perry and his group came and danced naked around it while sacrificing goats on the rock, they you have something to talk about - but not this.

The fact that a Camp is named using the N word is appalling, but it is more distressing to me that some on here don't find it even a little offensive. Cain addressed it with class so my hats off to him. Change the subject if you must, but the fact is that this camp used the N word in its name and Perry used the camp voluntarily.

How difficult is it to modify a M-16 to one that will fire full automatic? Isn't there just a selector switch?
