Who Will Christie Support

It will give a big boost to the person that Christie endorses for President. I have not heard him even hint who he will support. Maybe he will not get involved until the GOP candidate is picked.

Oh geezz; just when I thought we were finally done with him..................we're back :faint: :sigh:

I guess I was a little unclear. What I want is for Christie to endorse Romney and that would close the door on Freak boy for good. Then we can get down to campaign mode and stop turning voters off with all the negative reports that Perry brings to the GOP. That can only hurt our goal for 2012. If we all get behind Romney with positive posts, it can only help the process.

Why do we care who Christie supports? Is he a guru or something?

From the looks of him, he supports Sara Lee!!!

Very funny VG:a20:; but seriously VillagerII, I've gotten a bit sick and tired of the whole Christie soap opera and when you came up with this question just hours after his "final:shrug:" decision, I had to stifle a scream.:rant-rave:

I'm sure Christie will be in the middle of things once we get down the road and the pretenders finally realize the futility of their position and drop off one by one. The way it looks to me at this point is Romney will prevail and all faithful Republicans (and that includes those who rally at Tea Party gatherings) will show up in en masse to vote for him (or whoever is on the ballot if I've wrong)

Christie will campaign, and maybe even be tapped to make the keynote speech at the Republican Convention. He will extol the virtues of the Republican candidate with vim and vigor and bring the multitude to their feet.

I wasn't backing Romney, but I'm definitely OK with it if he is the candidate. I might possibly even cast my vote his way come primary time. He's going to be hard to beat and hard for the leftists to deflate.:spoken:

P.S. There's Palin rumblings.................don't say you weren't warned.

Romney has a chance. Palin has no chance. If she jumped in, it would be an automatic win for Obama. The voters just dont like her.

No, the left-leaning liberals don't like her.

I disagree VG. I have friends far more to the right than I am and they think she is like a reality show diva and would not be good for the country. She apparently did a good job for Alaska, but if ya can't win, then endorse someone that can and send your votes and money where it will do some good.

When you have the Republican support going in 5 or 6 different directions and the incumbent Democrat getting all the support, you make it difficult for a GOP win. These guys beat each other up for months in the primaries and then limp into the arena with a fresh challenger. I'M JUST SAYING::::::

Guest 10-05-2011 06:33 AM

Didn't Hillary and Obuma beat each other up?

Yes they did. Obama won out as he promised more things he could not get done than Hillary. I just wish the GOP boys and girls would not do it. I for one would be more likely to vote for the candidate that kept on target with th issues at hand and left the bickering to the rest.
