Patio addition on a sloping lot
 

Has anyone ever built a concrete patio on a sloping lot? Or added a section onto an existing patio on a sloping lot?

There is a home in Hemingway we really like, but the lot slopes steeply to the rear. There is an existing patio, but we'd like a patio about twice the size.

Can anyone share their experience with the cost of adding a patio on a sloped lot?

we added a 15" thick raised cement patio in the back of our lot, after adding access doors. "Edge" concrete did the job, and it is exactly what we needed. Edge's workers leveled the designated area, and built it up to the door sill of the new French doors. VERY reasonably priced. I will EM you separately with cost.
