Cost of extension for Gardenia/Begonia
 

Can someone tell me what this cost is to extend the third bedroom out 3 feet to add the extra closet in a Gardenia or Begonia?

I believe a rule of thumb is $1000 a foot. Might be cheaper for a frame home vs cement block.

When we built our Begonia last Oct --It was about 1000 a foot --IMHO

STRETCH --everyway you can -- it really makes a difference

As a Gardenia owner I would recommend the stretch for that closet, but more importantly make the Lanai wider. Ours is about 28' X 9' and that 9' is just not wide enough. I would also go for a golf cart garage if you can. You can't have enough garage space when you don't have a basement!
