Is there a Blues Band/Clubs in TV?
 

Are there any blues band that gets together and play the blues? I enjoy listening to the blues. Muddy Waters as well as Eric Clapton would be my type of blues. I know there are quite a few Country or Bluegrass groups but don't seem to have heard about the blues.

I love the blues, Eric Clapton, Muddy Waters and BB King are some of my favorites. I have heard that there are several blues bands that are now playing at the Squares. We haven't had the opportunity to enjoy them but hope to when we return in December. There were some post before on the blues bands playing in TV, hopefully someone who has more information will post.

I love the blues also. when you see bobby blackman playing at the square, that is who is NOT to be missed!! Fabulous blues band!! I give them 4 stars!! check the monthly calendar and add them on to it.

Beat me to it! Bobby Blackmon is great! Also Bobby Tate does some blues and good country.

Try the entertainment at Lakeridge Winery. They frequently have Blues Festivals and what a lovely environment to listen while sipping some wine outside.

i am not a connaisseur of blues but i am told that mccall's club attached to the bowling alley behind katie belle's often has blues jam sessions on tuesday and friday nights...you might check it out...

TONIGHT at square Bobby Blackman is playing. that band is fabulous for the blues!! Don't miss it!!

We go to McCalls on Tuesday and Friday evenings to hear the blues. Tues is typically "jam " night where locals get up and play, (very good), and Fridays are blues bands from the area. Great spot to hear the Blues in TV!

How do we get Bobby Blackmon back here again?
 

He was fantastic last Saturday night at LSL. He encouraged us to send an email asking for his band to return but I don't know who to contact. ANyone know how we can do that?

THe band was at KAtie Belle's last night but I was unable to go. He is also scheduled for TUesday to play solo at 4:30 if anyone else is interested. I have another previously scheduled appointment so I will probably miss that too.
