Would you comment on Florida asset protection laws related to out of state land foreclosures?

Florida is considered by many to be a debtor freindly state. The amount of protection you are afforded against out of state creditors under Florida law is dependent upon many variables which include, but are not limited to, the types of assets you own, how your assets are titled and whether you have any minor children or dependents.
